Chuck Jones

Bio

Chuck Jones, originally from Hayward, CA, has called Santa Cruz, CA, home for over 30 years. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, he has dedicated himself to empowering athletes, particularly in softball and football. Throughout his journey, he has transformed the lives of many athletes, guiding them to excel not only in their sports but also as individuals.

His coaching journey began at Santa Cruz High School as an assistant softball coach, and he has since ascended to head coach positions in travel ball, high school, and junior college levels.

For the past 16 years, he has proudly served as the head offensive line coach at Soquel High School. There, he recently achieved a remarkable milestone by helping lead the Knights varsity team to their first-ever State Championship in the 2023 season, a historic moment for Santa Cruz County.
